Galleta with raspberry

Diameter about 15 cm

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of kefir.

1 egg

sweetener.

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon veritable oil.

1 cup of flour (half corn, half whole wheat)

1 yolk for lubrication for sides

raspberries or other berries.

transparent jelly if you want.

  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients, the amount of flour look to the situation. You should get elastic, non-sticky dough.
  2. Separate on 3 parts, roll out 3 cakes. In the middle of each, something like 2/3, put cut strawberries or raspberries like I have.
  3. Turn the edges of the dough inward, forming the rim.
  4. Lubricate the edges with yolk. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. If you want, you can add on the top a diluted transparent jelly for a better effect.

Gluten free strawberry galleta

Preparation time: 10 min

INGREDIENTS

chickpea flour 70 g

corn flour 70 g

butter (cold) 70 g

cane sugar (for dough) 1 tbsp.

strawberries about 400 g

1.Heat the oven to 175 °. Cook the dough. Mix both types of flour, add sugar and chopped butter, grind into crumb. Gradually pour in the water, knead the dough. It will turn out a little crumble. Directly on baking paper (otherwise it will be difficult to transfer to a baking sheet) roll out into a thin layer.

2.Cut strawberries in half. Add starch, mix gently.

3.Dough – on a baking sheet. Spread strawberries, leaving 3-4 cm free from the edges. Sprinkle sugar over the strawberries. Carefully bend the edges. Bake for about 20 minutes.

White beans (boiled) – 30 g

Wheat flour – 100 g

Butter (cooled) – 70 g

Eggs – 40 g

Water – 10 g

Salt – 5 g

Sugar – 5 g

Vanilla extract

Lemon peel

Strawberry – 300-400 g

Powdered sugar for serving

1. Boil the white beans in advance, following the directions on the package.

2. Using a blender to punch beans into a homogeneous mass.

3. Sift flour, salt and sugar into a bowl. Oil grate with a large grater. Mix to make baby. Make a hole from the mass. Mix the grated beans, eggs, water, vanilla and lemon zest. Pour the liquid mixture into the well. Mix until a soft dough. Form the dough in a lump or layer and put it in the cold for 20-30 minutes, wrapped in a film. Lightly sprinkle the surface with flour, roll out the dough into 6 equal circles.

4. Wash strawberries, dry, remove the stalk. Cut the strawberries into large segments.

5. Put the strawberries on the dough, departing from each edge of 1 cm.

6.Form the edges of the galletas.

7. Put the biscuits on the parchment in the form or pan. Put in preheated to 180-200 ° C oven for 10-15 minutes.

8. Get ready biscuits, let cool.

9. Serve the galletas warm or cold, dusted with powdered sugar.
