1. Eat onions and cranberries

Fruits and berries in November-December are overseas guests of long-term storage and are unlikely to become a source of vitamins and antioxidants. So lean on seasonal foods – that is, those that do not need preservative treatment for storage. Carrots, radishes, sauerkraut and fresh cabbage, citrus fruits, winter berries (cranberries, lingonberries) – they will have more vitamins than bright tomatoes and peppers. Do not forget that cereals and legumes, nuts, vegetable oil – also a source of beneficial B vitamins, vitamins A and E – that is, recognized antioxidants, which are very important for immunity.
