Vegan sneakers with fruit

Ingredients:

Dates – 400 g

Walnut – 150 g

Maple Syrup – 150 ml

Coconut shavings – 60 g

Coconut oil – 50 g

Vanilla Flavoring – 1 tsp

Salt – ½ tsp

Hazelnuts – 160 g

Dark chocolate – 110 g

Cocoa butter – 500 g

Cocoa powder – 200 g

Honey – 450 g

Cooking method:

Nuts, dates, grind in a blender to a state of crumbs. Place all ingredients in a container and mix well. Form the bars. Separately from chocolate, cocoa butter, honey and cocoa powder to prepare chocolate: to do this, heat it in a water bath and mix these ingredients. Chocolate bars dipped in chocolate, then put in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Classic Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

The foundation

1 cup of hazelnuts

10 art. cocoa powder

3 tbsp. agave syrup spoons

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch of sea salt (I do without salt)

Butter cream

2 glasses of raw cashews

10 art. spoons of peanut butter or any other peanut butter

½ cup coconut oil, melted

5 tbsp. maple spoon or agave syrup

½ cup of cocoa powder

½ cup water

½ tsp salt

Chocolate Sauce

⅓ cup of coconut oil, melted

pinch of vanilla

¼ cup agave syrup or less

¼ cup of cocoa powder

Cooking

The foundation. Mix all ingredients with a blender until smooth. If you want a base like in the picture – with pieces of nuts, divide the nuts into two halves, make a homogeneous nut-date paste from one, and then add the remaining nuts and pulsate a little.

Put the foundation in the freezer and deal with the cream. Mix all ingredients until smooth. The more uniform the cashew cream is, the tastier and more tender the cheesecake will be. Put in the freezer for at least 2 hours

We decorate the cheesecake with chocolate sauce, chopped nuts, mint and berries that are available. Get out of the freezer for half an hour before serving.

Pudding with chocolate and chia seeds.

Light cream pudding can be served not only as a dessert. Fans of healthy nutrition will certainly appreciate the recipe – chia seeds have 6 times more protein than beans, and their fiber content is twice as high as bran. In addition, chia seeds are rich in vitamins A, E and C, as well as zinc and phosphorus. Pudding is perfect for breakfast.

Cooking time – 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

almond milk – 360 ml

chia seeds – 60 grams

cocoa powder – 25 grams

dates – 6–8 pieces

Cinnamon – 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

Put all the ingredients in a blender. Instead of dates, you can use maple syrup. Beat until a state of homogeneous thick mass. Spread the mixture into containers (for example, in glasses or ice cream vases), cover with parchment paper. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours. If you set about cooking in the evening, you can leave the pudding in the cold until the morning. Garnish with fresh fruit before serving.

Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

Black chocolate, broken into small pieces – ½ cup

Ripe avocados – 4 pcs.

Liquid honey or agave nectar – ½ cup

Cocoa powder – ½ cup

Almond milk – 1/3 cup

Vanilla extract – 1 tsp.

Salt – Pinch

How to cook:

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, set aside to cool slightly. Melted chocolate, avocado pulp, honey, cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla extract and salt, whisk in a blender, until you get a smooth thick cream, pour into molds and refrigerate for at least three hours.
