Many people love potato chips, but everyone knows how store-bought chips are not useful and even harmful. I suggest making potato chips at home in the microwave. With a minimum investment of time and products, an excellent result is obtained, and using various spices, you can prepare potato chips for every taste.
Ingredients: To cook homemade chips in the microwave, you will need: potatoes – 1-2 pcs.; olive oil; sea salt; paprika (or other spices or herbs).
Cooking steps: Cut the potatoes as thin as possible (with a vegetable peeler or a food processor). Cover a microwave plate with baking paper, grease with olive oil. Put the potatoes on the paper in one layer. Sprinkle with salt (preferably sea coarse) and your favorite spices. I did it today with regular paprika. Microwave the homemade potato chips at full power, first for 3 minutes, then gradually increase as they cook. It took me a total of 8 minutes. Delicious, crispy potato chips are ready.

People have been eating meat as food since the ice age. Anthropologists argue that it was then that a person refused a vegetable diet in favor of meat food. This “custom” has been conveyed by a significant part of humanity to the present day, someone has done it because of necessity (for example, Eskimos), living conditions or habits. But more often than not, the reason is a simple misunderstanding. Over the past fifty years, renowned health professionals, biochemists and nutritionists have found convincing evidence: to stay healthy, eating meat is not necessary, on the contrary, a diet that is acceptable to predators can harm a person.
Maybe you are a vegetarian and are considering moving to a new, more advanced level of nutrition, or you have eaten meat all your life, but decided to change your diet and switch to plant foods … In any case, veganism is a very serious life change. Fasolada is one of the popular soups of Greek and Cypriot cuisines. This is probably the easiest dish to cook, which blends perfectly with fresh bread and olives. The main ingredients are very few – beans, carrots, celery, onions, tomatoes and olive oil. The Greeks call beans “caviar of the poor.” But even ceasing to be poor, the Greeks could not wean from their beloved fasolada. Very tasty, hearty and nutritious soup. And, of course, very useful!
