Melon and raspberry drink

Servings: 6
Melon – 1 kg
Raspberries – 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice – To taste (or lime)
Sugar – To taste

Cooking method:

  1. We need melon, raspberry, lemon. Wash the melon, remove the seeds with a tablespoon.
  2. Cut the melon into slices, remove the peel. Grind the pulp in a blender. Strain the melon puree through a fine sieve, pressing down on the puree with a rubber spatula.
  3. Add lemon (or lime) juice, sugar to taste if the melon is unsweetened. Stir. Serve with fresh raspberries and plenty of ice.
