Homemade Strawberry Lemonade with Mint

Servings: 6
Water – 1.2 l
Lemon – 1 pc.
Sugar – 60 g
Strawberry – 300 g
Mint – 30 g

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare ingredients.
  2. Wash the strawberries, cut off the tails.
  3. Chop part of the strawberries with a blender, about 80-100 g.
  4. Put in a saucepan all the strawberries, a bunch of mints (tied with a string), and a half lemon cut into slices.
  5. Pour a glass (200 ml) of boiling water, cover, and leave for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the mint bunch.
  7. Add sugar and juice from half a lemon. Stir.
  8. Add a liter of ice water, the lemonade is ready! Serve with ice cubes
