Spelled porridge with mushrooms


Spelled – 150 g
Mushrooms (champignons) – 200 g
Onion – 2 onions
Vegetable oil – 4 tablespoons
Water – 1 l
Salt, pepper, coriander – to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the onion into medium cubes, fry in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown, then add the washed and dried spelled and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  2. At this time, wash and coarsely chop the mushrooms, fry them separately in the remaining oil and combine in a saucepan with spelled.
  3. Fill the products completely with water, add pepper, salt, and coriander to taste, and leave to simmer over low heat under the lid until tender (about 40 minutes).
