Ingredients:
Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
Onion – 1 pc
Sour cream – 50 g (fat-free)
Champignons – 200 g
Water – 0.5 cups
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Salt – To taste
Ground black pepper – To taste
Cooking method:
- Preheat a skillet with butter, place the diced onion.
- Saute the onion until soft.
- Add the diced chicken fillet, salt, and ground pepper to taste.
- Cook the breast, stirring occasionally, over high heat, until the meat turns white.
- Add the sliced mushrooms.
- Cook everything together until the liquid evaporates.
- Add fat-free sour cream, stir, pour in water, and simmer over low heat, covered for about 7-10 minutes.
- The chicken with mushrooms is ready.
