Chicken breast with mushrooms

Servings: 3-4
Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
Onion – 1 pc
Sour cream – 50 g (fat-free)
Champignons – 200 g
Water – 0.5 cups
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Salt – To taste
Ground black pepper – To taste

Cooking method:

  1. Preheat a skillet with butter, place the diced onion.
  2. Saute the onion until soft.
  3. Add the diced chicken fillet, salt, and ground pepper to taste.
  4. Cook the breast, stirring occasionally, over high heat, until the meat turns white.
  5. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms.
  6. Cook everything together until the liquid evaporates.
  7. Add fat-free sour cream, stir, pour in water, and simmer over low heat, covered for about 7-10 minutes.
  8. The chicken with mushrooms is ready.
