Halva with honey

Servings: 4
Almonds – 400 g
Honey – 4-5 tbsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Almonds can be scalded and peeled, and then dried. You do not need to scald, but you must dry it!
  2. Grind half the almonds to a flour state, and the remaining nuts can be ground even larger. And we start adding honey. Depending on how thick or liquid the honey is, you will need a different amount. As a result, the mass for halva should turn out to be thick.
  3. Cover the halva form with foil and spread the nut mass. And we tamp it carefully.
  4. We cover the halva with free edges of the foil and send it to the refrigerator for solidification for 3 hours.
