Grapefruit and pine nuts salad

Lettuce – 2 handfuls
Pine nuts – 100 grams
Grapefruit – 1 piece
Olive oil – 4 tablespoons
Ground black pepper and salt – to taste

Cooking method:

Fry pine nuts in a skillet. We clean the grapefruit from the peel and film, cut it into small pieces. Add chopped lettuce to the fruit, mix everything. Add salt, pepper, and oil. Sprinkle the dish with nuts.
