Olive Nut Spread

Servings: 8-10
Olives – 500 g
Nuts – 100 g
Olive Oil – 100 ml
Garlic, Capers, Salt, and Pepper – To taste

Cooking method:

  1. Add the nuts to them and pour in the olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, some garlic, and capers, for example.
  2. Grind with a hand blender.
  3. Such a homogeneous mass should be obtained.
  4. Send the spread to the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes and serve!
