Diet beef in the oven

Servings: 2-3
Beef – 400-500 g
Green onions – 2-3 pc. (stem)
Bay leaf – 3-4 pcs.
Hot water – 300 ml
Salt – 2-3 pinches

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients. Choose meat that is not greasy, but with a small greasy layer so that it does not become dry in taste after baking.
  2. Rinse the meat in water and cut off all the veins and films from it. Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt, add bay leaves.
  3. Rinse and chop the green onions, chop and add to the mold. You can also use other fresh herbs. Pour in warm water and place the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
  4. During baking, either cover the tin with foil or turn the meat 2-3 times to bake evenly. Its mass will decrease by a third.
  5. Cut hot meat into pieces or slices and serve warm, you can add a side dish of porridge or vegetables.
