Salad with onions and blue cheese

Servings: 4
Red onion– 200 g
Olive oil – 3 tbsp. 
Wine vinegar – 2 tbsp.
Mustard – 1 tbsp.
Blue cheese – 70 g
Walnuts – 40 g
A bunch of greens – 1 pc.
Salt, pepper – To taste

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the onions and cut them into large rings.
  2. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until soft.
  3. Combine oil, mustard, and vinegar.
  4. Add shallots, stir. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper.
  5. Crumble or dice the cheese.
  6. Combine chopped greens with onions and cheese. Sprinkle with nuts and serve.
