Chicken with peanuts

Cooking time – 1 hour.


Chicken breast – 200 grams
Peeled unsalted peanuts – 75 grams
Black peppercorns – 1 teaspoon
Red chili peppers – 2 pieces
Sugar – 2 teaspoons
Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
Vinegar – 2 teaspoons
Cognac – 1 teaspoon
Starch – 2 tablespoons
Onion – 1 head
Garlic – 10 grams
Ginger – 10 grams
Vegetable oil – 1 glass

Cooking method:

Cut the chicken into small pieces, pour over soy sauce mixed with starch. Fry the peanuts separately. Heat the oil in a deep skillet, first fry the red pepper, then lower the chicken. Pour over with a mixture of soy sauce, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, brandy. Add toasted peanuts at the end of cooking.
