Coriander – 1/4 tsp.
Ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp.
Garlic – 1 Clove
- Chop the boiled chickpeas together with parsley and peel garlic in a meat grinder.
- Add all the spices, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice to the resulting minced meat.
- Form the resulting mass into balls, a little larger than a walnut in size.
- Fry them in a dry skillet on all sides.
