Healthy falafel

Servings: 2
Ingredients:
Boiled chickpeas – 200 g (canned)
Sesame – 20 g
Parsley – 1/4 Bunch
Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp.
Zira – 1/4 tsp.
Salt – To taste

Coriander – 1/4 tsp.
Ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp.
Garlic – 1 Clove

Cooking method:

  1. Chop the boiled chickpeas together with parsley and peel garlic in a meat grinder.
  2. Add all the spices, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice to the resulting minced meat.
  3. Form the resulting mass into balls, a little larger than a walnut in size.
  4. Fry them in a dry skillet on all sides.
