Oatmeal with kefir and honey

Oat flakes – 150 g
Kefir – 300 ml
Honey – to taste
Orange (or apple) – 1 piece

Cooking method:

  1. Pour kefir over long-cooking oatmeal – a little more or less may be required. Add liquid honey, stir.
  2. Peel the orange, cut it into cubes and add to the oats. Arrange the porridge in portioned containers, put the orange on top or mix everything. You can use jars, molds, bowls.
  3. Put in the refrigerator overnight and in the morning you can enjoy a ready-made breakfast.
