Healthy Nutella

Number of Servings: 10
Hazelnut – 200 g
Chocolate – 50-60 g
Agave Syrup – 50 ml

Cooking method:

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat, sauté the hazelnuts until brown barrels.
  2. Grind the hazelnuts into crumbs.
  3. Continue chopping until the nuts begin to secrete oil and turn into a paste.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add chocolate and agave syrup to hazelnut paste and blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the paste into a jar and leave it in the refrigerator until it hardens. The healthy Nutella is ready.
