Hazelnut – 200 g
Chocolate – 50-60 g
Agave Syrup – 50 ml
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat, sauté the hazelnuts until brown barrels.
- Grind the hazelnuts into crumbs.
- Continue chopping until the nuts begin to secrete oil and turn into a paste.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add chocolate and agave syrup to hazelnut paste and blend until smooth.
- Pour the paste into a jar and leave it in the refrigerator until it hardens. The healthy Nutella is ready.
