Ingredients:
Chicken fillet – 400 g
Carrots – 1 pc.
Onion – 1 pc.
Tomato paste – 1 tbsp.
Natural yogurt – 30 g (not fat)
Rice flour – 1 tsp.
Salt – To taste
Water – 150 ml.
Cooking method:
- Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add one tablespoon of water, and layout the chicken.
- Fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until golden brown.
- Peel and wash the carrots, grate on a medium grater. Add it to the chicken skillet.
- Fry everything for 5 minutes, stirring.
- Sprinkle everything with rice flour and stir.
- Pour in water, stir, and salt.
- Add tomato paste to the skillet.
- Place the sour cream in a skillet with chicken and vegetables.
- Mix everything, pepper, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
