Stuffed prunes with nuts, mayonnaise, and garlic

Ingredients for 6 servings:

Walnuts (peeled) 0.5 cup
Prunes (large soft) 300 g
Mayonnaise (low fat) 50 g
Garlic 1 clove

Cooking method:

  1. First, the prunes need to be thoroughly rinsed in cold water, put in a saucepan, and pour boiling water over them. After about 20 minutes, when the prunes swell, I drain all the water and put the berries on a paper towel. The prunes must be dry before cooking.
  2. While the prunes are drying, you can peel the walnuts. Peeled nuts should be about half a glass. They also need to be ground into powder or fine crumbs.
  3. Add the crushed clove of garlic to the crushed nuts and mix with mayonnaise. Mix the mass for stuffed prunes thoroughly.
  4. Now you can take dried prunes and stuff them with a nut mass with a small spoon. Prunes must be carefully wrapped and laid out in saucers or salad bowls.
  5. If you have no time to cook stuffed prunes, then you can finely chop the prunes, mix with nuts, garlic, and mayonnaise and stir until they become a paste.
