Banana muffins with brazil nuts

Banana – 2 pcs;
Egg – 2 pcs;
Brazil nut – 2 pcs;
Kefir 2.5% – 50 ml;
Oat flour – 150 g;
Baking powder – 2 g;
Coconut oil – a couple of drops.

Cooking method:

  1. Mash the bananas with a fork until pureed. Finely chop the nuts. Mix all ingredients well until smooth. Distribute the dough into the molds.
  2. Bake banana muffins for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C in a preheated oven. Sprinkle with icing sugar when serving.
