Cauliflower and cashew puree soup

Ingredients:

Cauliflower – 750 grams
Raw cashews – 1.5 cups

Cooking method:

Boil the cauliflower in water, keep on medium heat for about 20 minutes. After that, cut the cauliflower into pieces and grind it in a blender. You can season with salt, lemon juice, and ground coriander to taste. After – add cashews and bring them to a homogeneous mass. The soup can be diluted with the broth in which the cauliflower was cooked.

Ideal for feeding babies from the age of 1 year.
