Bananas – 400 g
Melon – 300 g
Mango – 100 g (I add for a bright color. You can replace it with apricots, or you can just take more melon)
Lemons – 2 pc
Sugar – 5 cups
Butter – 1 tsp
- Cut all fruits and vegetables into pieces, add sugar, add oil, start to cook over low heat so that the juice goes.
- This is how the jam will look like in an hour. Grind the fruit pieces in a blender and return the jam to the saucepan. Cook for another hour on low heat.
- If you like thinner – cook for less than 2 hours, and if you like thicker, like jelly – cook more.
