Banana and Melon Jam

Servings: 5-6
Bananas – 400 g
Melon – 300 g
Mango – 100 g (I add for a bright color. You can replace it with apricots, or you can just take more melon)
Lemons – 2 pc
Sugar – 5 cups
Butter – 1 tsp

Cooking method:

  1. Cut all fruits and vegetables into pieces, add sugar, add oil, start to cook over low heat so that the juice goes.
  2. This is how the jam will look like in an hour. Grind the fruit pieces in a blender and return the jam to the saucepan. Cook for another hour on low heat.
  3. If you like thinner – cook for less than 2 hours, and if you like thicker, like jelly – cook more.
