Sugar-free meringue

Number of Servings: 10-15
Egg whites – 3 pcs.
Stevia extract – 1/2 tsp.
Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp.
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp. 
Cinnamon – 1 To taste

Cooking method:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Beat the whites with lemon juice, then gradually add the stevia and vanilla extract, continuing to beat.
  3. You should get a dense, thick foam.
  4. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil. Using a pastry bag, spread the meringue on a baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the meringue with cinnamon to taste. We bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, about 1-1.4 hours.
