Fruit smoothie with pine nuts

Pineapples – 400 grams
Pine nuts – 100 grams
Dates – 5 pieces.
Almond milk – 1 glass
Mint – 1 sprig

Cooking method:

Place the peeled ingredients in a blender: pineapple, nuts, dates, and milk. Whisk until smooth. Pour the drink into glasses and garnish with mint.
