Mulberry smoothie

Ingredients:
Mulberry – 1 cup
Cream – 100 ml
Honey – 0.5 tsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare mulberries and chilled cream. Use honey as desired.
  2. Rinse the mulberry well under running water, let the moisture drain. Cut off the tails, touching the mulberries so that the spoiled berry does not get into the drink.
  3. Pour in the chilled heavy cream. If mulberries aren’t sweet enough, add honey.
  4. Grind and beat the mixture with a blender until smooth.
  5. Pour the finished smoothie into a glass and serve, garnished with a sprig of mint.

  1. Love mulberries, but had forgotten all about them. Sounds delicious and refreshing. I just bought some honey at a craft fair yesterday. Bet it’s a great addition to a smoothie!
