Grilled pineapple

Servings: 4
Pineapple – 1 pc.
Brown sugar – 60 g
Olive oil – 60 ml (or water)

Cooking method:

  1. So, the pineapple must be peeled first. I am using a special device. But you can just cut off the skin to get to the pulp.
  2. Now we cut the pulp into rings or pieces of another convenient shape.
  3. Soak pineapple in a mixture of sugar and butter or water for 10 minutes. Preheat the grill. Layout the pineapple and fry until crisp.
