Ingredients:
Oatmeal – 100 g
Oat flour – 50 g
Medium fat sour cream – 50 g
Cherry – 400 g
Sugar – 20 g
Powdered sugar – 100 g
Almonds – 20 g
Salt – 1 Pinch
Egg whites- 3 pcs.
Yolk – 3 pcs.
Water – 100 ml
Cooking method:
- Pour oatmeal with water and let it brew for 20-30 minutes. Mix the yolks with sour cream and add the infused rolled oats. Add the sifted oat flour and knead the dough with a spatula.
- Place the dough in a baking dish covered with parchment and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Chill the crust in the mold.
- Whisk the whites with salt until firm peaks, then gradually add sugar and beat again. Peel the cherries and add a spoonful of sugar. Place the cherries on the cooled crust, with the whites on top.
- Bake the pie at 250 degrees until the meringue is golden, about 10 minutes. Cool the pie slightly in a tin and transfer to a serving platter.
