Turkey dill muffins

Servings: 6
Turkey fillet – 500 g
Hard cheese – 70 g
Carrots – 1 pc.
Green onions, feathers – 3-4 pcs.
Egg – 1 pc.
Vegetable oil – 1.5 tbsp.

Natural yogurt – 2 tbsp.
Garlic – 2 Cloves
Dill, twig – 2 pcs.
Salt – To taste
Ground black pepper – To taste

Cooking method:

  1. Make minced meat. Grind the turkey along with the onions, carrots, and garlic. Mix the mass with salt and pepper.
  2. Now make the filling. Grate the cheese and chop the dill. Combine these ingredients with egg and yogurt.
  3. Put the minced meat in 100 g each in silicone molds, and grease the form itself with oil.
  4. Make grooves in the minced meat and place the filling in them.
  5. Bake muffins in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
