Cherry and cheese salad

Servings: 2-3
Cherry red – 100 g
Feta – 100 g
Nuts – 2 tbsp. (kernels)
Lettuce Leaf – 1 Bunch
Olive oil – 50 ml
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.
Mint Leaf – 4 pc.
Tarragon – 1-2 pc. (twig)
Sesame – To taste
Ground black pepper – To taste
Green onion – 1 Bunch
Basil – 5-6 pc. (leaf)

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare the food you need. Rinse the cherries and herbs. Remove seeds from cherries, cut them into halves.
  2. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, nuts, mint leaves, tarragon, and basil in a blender until smooth. Tear lettuce leaves into small pieces with your hands. Chop the green onion finely. Mix everything, put it on plates.
  3. Add feta, cut into small cubes, cherry halves, sesame seeds, and black pepper to taste, garnish with mint and basil leaves.
