Cherry jam with walnuts

1 kg of cherries;
1 kg of walnuts;
265 g of sugar.

Cooking method:

  1. For jam, we take strong and large cherries. We take out the seeds, you can carry out this procedure using a special tool.
  2. Grind the nuts into small pieces and fill each cherry with them. We put our blanks in a saucepan, cover with sweet sand and leave for six hours.
  3. Then we cook cherry jam with walnuts in three sets of five minutes each, between the cooking processes, the mass must cool completely and infuse for at least seven hours.
  4. We layout the finished delicacy in sterile jars and roll it up.
