Lentil tortillas in a pan

Red lentils – 200 g
Water – 250 ml
Salt – 1 pinch
Dried garlic – 1 pinch
Oregano – 1 pinch
Ghee butter – 3 g

Making tortillas:

  1. Rinse the red lentils and send them to the blender bowl.
  2. Add a pinch of salt, some dried garlic, and oregano. If desired, spices can be omitted.
  3. Pour in water and grind everything until smooth.
  4. Heat the pan and grease with a small amount of ghee. Any vegetable oil can be used.
  5. Pour some lentil dough into the pan and form a small cake. Bake over low heat on both sides until tender.
