Flaxseed cottage cheese cookies

Nutritional value (per 100 g):
Calorie content – 165 kcal
Protein – 17 g
Fat – 6.5 g
Carbohydrates – 9 g

Cottage cheese 2% – 200 g
Egg – 2 pcs.
Coconut flour – 2 tbsp.
Flaxseed flour – 1 tbsp.
Zest of half a lemon
Sweetener – to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Break two eggs into a deep container and beat with a whisk.
  2. Then add cottage cheese, coconut flour to the eggs (you can replace it with chopped coconut), flaxseed flour (I just ground flax seeds), zest of half a lemon, and a sweetener.
  3. Mix everything well with a blender and send the curd mass into the culinary syringe.
  4. Put the cookies on a baking sheet, previously covered with parchment paper, and send them to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
