Salad with canned pineapple, nuts, and celery

Celery stalks – 150 g
Canned pineapples – 150 g
Nuts – 50 g
Seeds – 15 g
Sesame seeds – 5 g
Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
Honey – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Dried garlic – 1 tsp

Cooking method::

  1. Cut the celery stalks into small pieces.
  2. Cut the pineapple rings into small cubes.
  3. Finely chop the nuts and send them to a preheated pan along with seeds and sesame seeds.
  4. Fry for about five minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Prepare the dressing (sauce): mix olive oil with honey, mustard, garlic, and lemon juice.
  6. Mix all the ingredients and season the salad with the sauce.
