Mushroom and spinach salad

Simple foods, fewer calories, and an uncomplicated cooking method.
Nutritional value (per 100 g):
Calorie content – 24 kcal
Proteins – 2 g
Fat – 0.5 g
Carbohydrates – 2.5 g

Champignons – 150 g
Tomato – 1 pc.
Garlic – 1 clove
Spinach – 65 g
Mustard with grains – 1 tsp
Soy sauce – for frying
Ground pepper – to taste

Cooking method:

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces, chop the garlic with a knife.
A little soy sauce is sent to a preheated pan and chopped garlic is poured.
After 30 seconds, add the mushrooms and fry the whole thing over medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash tomato and spinach.
Send the spinach to the salad bowl, cut the tomato into half rings, and also send it to the salad.
Also add fried mushrooms, a spoonful of mustard, ground pepper to the salad and mix well.
