Protein salad with chicken fillet, egg, and peas

The salad turns out to be very tasty, satisfying, and at the same time low in calories. It contains a lot of protein, which is very important for those who monitor their diet. Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Nutritional value (per 100 g):
Caloric content – 89 kcal
Protein – 12 g
Fat – 3 g
Carbohydrates – 4 g

Ingredients:
Peas (canned) – 100 g
Chicken fillet (boiled) – 100 g
Egg (boiled) – 1 pc.
Yogurt (natural) 2 tbsp.
Greens (onion, dill) – to taste
Salt, pepper – to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small cubes. Knead the meat a little with a fork, making it softer in the salad.
  2. Add peas and a boiled egg, cut into cubes, to the chicken.
  3. Now add chopped greens, and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Fill the salad with natural yogurt and mix everything well.
