
This simple beetroot sesame salad is very healthy for the intestines and also contains many vitamins and minerals that our body needs.

Ingredients (for 450 grams):
Beets (peeled) – 2 pcs. (350 g)
Soy sauce – 2.5 tbsp. (40 g)
Sesame – 2 tbsp. (30 g)
Vegetable oil (I have sesame oil) – 1 tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar 6% – 1 tbsp.
Ground coriander – 1/3 tsp
Garlic, black pepper – to taste
Salad preparation:
- Grate the beets in Korean style, add sesame seeds (I have a mixture of black and white).
- Season the salad with soy sauce, apple cider vinegar (you can replace it with another natural vinegar or lemon juice), and vegetable oil (I have sesame oil).
- For piquancy, add ground coriander, dried garlic, and mix everything well.
