Korean beetroot salad with soy sauce and sesame seeds

This simple beetroot sesame salad is very healthy for the intestines and also contains many vitamins and minerals that our body needs.

Nutritional value (per 100 g):
Caloric content – 103 kcal
Proteins – 3 g
Fat – 6 g
Carbohydrates – 9 g

Ingredients (for 450 grams):
Beets (peeled) – 2 pcs. (350 g)
Soy sauce – 2.5 tbsp. (40 g)
Sesame – 2 tbsp. (30 g)
Vegetable oil (I have sesame oil) – 1 tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar 6% – 1 tbsp.
Ground coriander – 1/3 tsp
Garlic, black pepper – to taste

Salad preparation:

  1. Grate the beets in Korean style, add sesame seeds (I have a mixture of black and white).
  2. Season the salad with soy sauce, apple cider vinegar (you can replace it with another natural vinegar or lemon juice), and vegetable oil (I have sesame oil).
  3. For piquancy, add ground coriander, dried garlic, and mix everything well.
