Cabbage salad with honey dressing

Nutritional value (per 100 g):
Calorie content – 61 kcal
Protein – 1 g

Carbohydrates – 9.4 g

White cabbage – 500 g
Lightly salted cucumbers – 300 g
Sweet red pepper – 1 pc. (150 g)
Red sweet onion – 1 pc. (100 g)

For refueling:
Honey – 1.5 tbsp. (65 g)
Apple cider vinegar – 3-4 tbsp
Olive oil (or any vegetable oil) – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Ground pepper – to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Chop the cabbage as fine as possible.
  2. Send the prepared cabbage into a deep bowl and lightly crush it with your hands.
  3. Cut lightly salted cucumbers into thin rings and send them to the cabbage.
  4. Cut the pepper into small cubes and send it to the rest of the ingredients. To this, we add the red onion cut into thin feathers.
  5. Season the salad with liquid honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Mix well and can be served.
