Carrots (medium) – 1 pc.
Onions (medium) – 1 pc.
Garlic – 1 clove
Dill – 1 small bunch
Bay leaf – 1 pc.
Salt, pepper – to taste
Water – 2 l

Soup preparation:

  1. Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, put it on the fire, throw in the bay leaf, add salt and pepper.
  2. I took turkey meat, but you can also take chicken thighs. We cut them into cubes and send them to boil. Do not forget to remove the foam during cooking.
  3. Dice the onion. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Chop the garlic with a knife.
  4. When all the foam has been removed, you can throw in the vegetables. Cut the tomato in half and grate the pulp directly into the pan. Put the oatmeal in the soup and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. In the end, add chopped greens, turn off the heat, cover with a lid and let the soup brew for 15 minutes.
