Healthy Green Burger

Bun Ingredients:
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Spinach – 20 g
Yogurt or sour cream – 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste

Making buns:

Separate the yolks from the whites of three eggs. We send the yolks to the chopper bowl and add 20 grams of spinach to them. Whisk. Add one tablespoon of yogurt or sour cream and one tablespoon of cornflour to the resulting mass. Beat the whites into a stable foam and combine them with the total mass. We do this gradually, in small portions, stirring slowly with a spatula. Salt to taste and spread the dough with a spoon on a baking sheet, previously covered with parchment paper. We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Ingredients for cutlets:
Chicken, ground- 300 g
Onion – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt to taste
Chicken spices – to taste

Cooking cutlets:

With the help of a chopper, we make ground meat from chicken, onions, and garlic. Add salt and spices to taste. Mix with a spatula. Divide the ground meat into several identical balls and form small cutlets with our hands. Fry the patties in a non-stick pan without adding oil.

Ingredients for the sauce:
Natural yogurt or sour cream – 100 g
French mustard – 1 tsp
Tomato paste – 1 tsp

Sauce preparation:

Mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Chop the tomato and avocado and start assembling the burger.

Putting together a burger:
Lubricate the bun with sauce. Put the lettuce leaf on the check. Then comes the cutlet, which we also grease with sauce. Top with tomato, on which we put a slice of avocado. And at the end, we cover the burger with a bun. Of course, you can assemble a burger in any sequence you want, as well as combine the filling to your liking and desire.
