Flatbread roll with ground chicken and cheese

Thin pita bread – 1 sheet (120 g)
Ground chicken – 300 g
Cheese – 100 g
Onions (small) – 1 pc.
Dill – 1 small bunch
Salt, pepper – to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the onion, cut it into cubes and send to the pan. In a minute, we throw in the ground chicken here, add salt and pepper. Stir and fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Chop the dill, mix it with the ground meat and fry everything together for another 1 minute.
  3. Cut a large sheet of pita bread in half, put the grated cheese on one sheet, and press it with the second sheet.
  4. Put the meat filling on top of the pita bread and wrap it in a roll.
  5. Fry the roll in a dry frying pan for 30 seconds on each side, so that the cheese melts between the sheets and the pita bread has a crisp crust.
