- Peel the onion, cut it into cubes and send to the pan. In a minute, we throw in the ground chicken here, add salt and pepper. Stir and fry for 5 minutes.
- Chop the dill, mix it with the ground meat and fry everything together for another 1 minute.
- Cut a large sheet of pita bread in half, put the grated cheese on one sheet, and press it with the second sheet.
- Put the meat filling on top of the pita bread and wrap it in a roll.
- Fry the roll in a dry frying pan for 30 seconds on each side, so that the cheese melts between the sheets and the pita bread has a crisp crust.
