Cucumber rolls with redfish and cream cheese

Instead of fish, you can use chicken, avocado, or shrimp in this recipe.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
Redfish – 150 g
Cream cheese – 150 g


  1. Cut the redfish into small pieces and mix with the cream cheese.
  2. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. I did it with a vegetable peeler.
  3. Spread the sliced ​​cucumbers on a flat surface overlapping each other.
  4. Distribute the filling on the edge and roll the dish into a roll.
  5. Cut the long roll into portions and serve.
