- Cut the redfish into small pieces and mix with the cream cheese.
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices. I did it with a vegetable peeler.
- Spread the sliced cucumbers on a flat surface overlapping each other.
- Distribute the filling on the edge and roll the dish into a roll.
- Cut the long roll into portions and serve.
