Khachapuri with cheese and herbs in a pan

Delicious and healthy breakfast in 10 minutes.

Nutritional value (per 100 g):
Caloric content – 168 kcal
Proteins – 12.4 g
Fat – 7.7 g
Carbohydrates – 12 g

Kefir – 50 ml
Cheese – 30 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Cottage cheese 5% – 100 g
Oat flour – 2 tbsp.
Greens and salt to taste

Cooking khachapuri:

  1. Beat the chicken egg with a pinch of salt, then add kefir, cottage cheese, and two tablespoons of oatmeal. Mix everything well with a whisk.
  2. Grate the cheese, and finely chop the greens (I have onions). Add to the total mass and mix well.
  3. Cooking khachapuri in a pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry under a lid over low heat on both sides, until golden brown.
