- Beat the chicken egg with a pinch of salt, then add kefir, cottage cheese, and two tablespoons of oatmeal. Mix everything well with a whisk.
- Grate the cheese, and finely chop the greens (I have onions). Add to the total mass and mix well.
- Cooking khachapuri in a pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry under a lid over low heat on both sides, until golden brown.
