Champignons in tomato-sour cream sauce, baked in the oven

Champignons (medium) – 500 g
Tomato paste – 1 tbsp.
Sour cream 15% – 3 tbsp.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt to taste
Seasonings and peppers to taste

Cooking mushrooms:

  1. Mix tomato paste, sour cream, garlic passed through a press, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and the sauce is ready.
  2. Season the pre-washed and dried mushrooms with the prepared sauce. Mix everything well and put it in a baking dish.
  3. Put the mushrooms into the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Before serving, decorate the dish with herbs and, if desired, pour with a little olive oil.
