Mango ice cream

This recipe is suitable for those who prefer a healthy diet, as well as vegan and vegetarian desserts.

Calorie content – 54 kcal
Proteins – 0.5 g
Fat – 0.8 g
Carbohydrates – 11 g

Mango – 1 pc. (300 g)
Coconut milk – 3 tbsp.


  1. Peel and cut the mango into thin squares. We put it in a bag and distribute it in a thin layer. We send it to the freezer for at least 3 hours.
  2. We send the frozen mango to a blender, add coconut milk and grind thoroughly.
