Protein soufflé

Nutritional value (per 100 g):
Caloric content – 70 kcal
Protein – 15 g
Fat – 0.1 g
Carbohydrates – 2.2 g

Egg white – 2 pcs.
Stevia (any sweetener can be used) – 6 tbsp.
Vanilla essence – 2-3 drops
Gelatin (instant) – 15 g
Water (hot) – 50 ml
Soft cottage cheese 0.1% – 400 g
Salt – 1 pinch


  1. Blend the egg whites, salt, and stevia with a mixer until a dense, glossy mass.
  2. Combine the egg white mass with soft cottage cheese and mix.
  3. Pour gelatin with hot water, mix, melt and send to the total mass. Blend everything with a mixer.
  4. Pour the resulting mass into small silicone molds and send it to the refrigerator until it solidifies.
  5. If desired, decorate the finished dessert with grated chocolate
