Boiled condensed milk without sugar and fat

It is a great filling for diet pancakes, cakes, and pastries.

Caloric content – 198 kcal
Protein – 18 g
Fat – 2 g
Carbohydrates – 26 g


Milk – 100-150 ml
Powdered milk (skim) – 100 g
Sweetener substitute (5 times sweeter than sugar) – 6 g
Flaxseed flour – 5 g


  1. Fry milk powder in a pan, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
  2. We send the fried milk powder to a blender, add milk (adjust the desired thickness with the amount of milk), flaxseed flour (you can not add it by reducing the amount of liquid milk, but then the calorie content will slightly increase), and sweetener. Grind until smooth.
