Arugula 30 g.
Cauliflower 40 g.
Seaweed 60 g.
Tomato 1 pc.
Quail eggs 2 pcs.
Natural yogurt 30 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Chop arugula a little.
  2. Wash the raw cauliflower and sort by inflorescence, if large, then cut.
  3. Next, add the sliced tomatoes and seaweed.
  4. Add yogurt, stir everything, and top with quail eggs.
