Boiled beets 1 pc.
Lentil sprouts 2 tbsp
Cucumber (fresh or pickled) 1 pc.
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the beets into cubes.
  2. In a salad bowl, combine the chopped beets and olive oil (so the beets don’t stain the rest of the ingredients).
  3. Chop the cucumber and add to the beets. The cucumber can be taken fresh or pickled.
  4. Add lentil sprouts and salt to taste. Salad ready.
