Pizza with Pineapple

For the test:
Rice flour 300 g.
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Baking powder 1 tsp
Water 400 ml.
Salt 1 tsp
Dry herbs 1 tsp

For filling:
Cheese of your choice 100 g.
Canned pineapples 100 g.
Green olives 50 g.
Tomatoes 100 g.
Homemade mayonnaise 30 g.

Cooking method:

  1. First, prepare the pizza base. Pour flour into a bowl, add water, stirring constantly. Add olive oil, baking powder, salt, and dried herbs to your liking. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until thick sour cream. Add flour or water if needed.
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour, and pour the finished dough into it. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Take out the prepared base and brush it with homemade mayonnaise.
  4. Cut half the cheese into slices and place it on the base in the first layer. Then add pineapples, halved olives, chopped tomato on top. Finally, cover the entire surface of the pizza with grated cheese.
  5. Place back in the oven until the cheese is completely melted.
    The pizza is ready.
