Garnish with red rice and whole-grain noodles

Noodles 200 g.
Cumin 2 tbsp
Coconut oil 2 tablespoons
Red rice 200 g.
Garlic 1-2 pcs.

Cooking method:

  1. Melt the coconut oil and sauté the cumin in a slow cooker for 5 minutes on the Fry setting.
  2. Add uncooked noodles to the spice and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Separately boiled red rice until half cooked, add to the noodles.
  4. Pour boiling water 1.5-2 cm above the rice. Put the multicooker on the “Stew” mode and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. 5 minutes before cooking add the garlic cloves and simmer. The garnish is ready.
